The Order Leaves Boxes
By The Order of the Unseen Way
The Keeper of the Ledger has changed how the Order pays its debts, pathfinder. Where a milestone once slipped its reward quietly into your satchel, it now leaves a mystery box — sealed, tinted with the rarity it promises, and yours to crack open when the mood takes you. The Hall of Finds shows every box a milestone will pay, before and after you earn it.
New in this patch
- Milestones pay in mystery boxes — earn one and the celebration offers it there and then: strike the lid open and the relic inside is forged at that moment, at the box’s promised rarity — with a small chance the Forge overshoots a tier in your favour. Or take it later: unopened boxes wait on your home banner and in the Hall.
- New rungs on the ladder — three-, five- and ten-dawn streaks, a quarter-hundred, half-hundred and two-hundred-fifty quests, and new photographers’ marks at five and seventy-five. Each names the box it pays in the Hall, so you know what you are climbing for.
- A way back from the viewfinder — changed your mind mid-photograph? The camera now carries a proper way out, back to the quest, no picture taken.
- A bounty on sharp eyes — report a genuine fault or offer the Order a bright idea, and a keeper may reward you with a mystery box by hand. Judged by a person, never a machine — so the quiet word that helps is worth more than a flood of noise.
Walk well, pathfinder.
